I competed in the Odd Haugen Strength Challenge at the LA Fit Expo January 14-15, 2023. The events were 560 lbs frame carry, 240 lbs log press, wagon wheel deadlift, sandbag toss, and natural stone to shoulder. I place 5th out of 7 middleweight competitors.
