UNICEF and partners are developing rainwater harvesting systems in schools across Mexico that are powered by renewable energy.
Karen, Alex, Sharon, Lupita and Yohan show us how the rainwater harvesting system at their school collects, and purifies, to provide a reliable source of fresh, clean water.
Thanks to funding from Formula E, the scheme will reach 30 schools over the next two years in the states of Guerrero, Mexico and Mexico City, benefitting thousands of students.
