Fun with my old Gallop and Samurai around my new backyard track. Both are chain drive 4WD buggies with mono shock and torsion bar front suspension. The gallop has four wheel steering and the Samurai has a center diff.
The Gallop is really fun to drive. I've got a bit more steering range than I like so it's twitchy but it's very agile because of the four wheel steering. It's faster around the track than I expected, but will tip over in the corners if I push hard.
The Samurai tires are rock hard and just awful. It also has a center differential which makes it spin the front tires a lot when accelerating. It's a very light and probably faster than the Gallop with better tires.
