Kurt Stevenson stumped the Friends of Old Puppy band by playing a Kermit the Frog song. "Rainbow Connection" was written around about 1979 by Paul Williams and Kenneth Ascher. Lyrics are not used in this performance. The Friends of Old Puppy features Kurt Stevenson on guitar, Steven Strauss on (Risa) electric soprano ukulele, Billy Wilson on (Risa) electric tenor ukulele, Ed Johnson on wash-tub bass ("gutbucket"), and Cynthia Wilson on the drums. This music was recorded on April 2, 2011.
