Joseph Ray Daniels, 28, is charged with criminal homicide in the death of his 5 yr. old autistic son Joe. His wife Krystal Daniels, 27, has also been charged with child abuse, neglect or endangerment.
Baby Joe was reported missing by Daniels, but confessed 2 days later that he had beaten his son to death. Krystal Daniels was arrested after admitting being present at the time.
The parents have still not disclosed where baby Joe's remains are.
