oh you want public conversion work? here ya go

So I saw lot of people included me since when I have no knowledge about modding to use this mod after 1.37. I've seen a lot of non-official updates which I didn't wanted that, so I decided to revive this mod without anything else

This mod is 100% converted sound, nothing change or remove. Everything still the same. The separated interior and exterior sound also still there, and because of that so open/close windows is not working for this mod
