Euro Truck Simulator 2 Scania V8 OP Crackle and Deep sound 2.1. Kapitan Kriechbaum 2024-03-31 | Hi friends,Happy to share with you my New Gen Scania V8 Open Pipe with a "Crackle" effect. Some players like it, some others less. Well i do like both crackle and deeps ones. ;) In this archive you will get 4 mods:- Crackle V8 with an Optidrive gearbox sound effect.- Crackle V8 without that Optidrive gearbox sound effect.- Deep V8 with an Optidrive gearbox sound effect.- Deep V8 without an Optidrive gearbox sound effect. (same as the previous one (2.0) but more detailed for the engine sound).So choose the one you prefer. The game doesn't handle properly that gearbox sound effect, so i had to "play" with Fmod and having a not too bad effect. Euro Truck Simulator 2 Ford Transcontinental WiP Kapitan Kriechbaum 2022-12-08 | Hi all, today just a quick video with the Ventyres Ford Transcontinental.That truck is WiP (Work in progress) so there's again a lot of work to do on it like some missing interior sounds and a second chassis with accessories.I show here the two kinds of windows that can be manual and electric with their own sounds. In this archive you will have two sounds mods, one is for Eugene's Volvo and the other one is for the standart SCS truck.The two sounds (D13TC and D13K) both work in convoy. I should be able to add a real turbo and engine brake sound on the TC engine this summer, i should be able to drive one soon.These two sounds have been recorded by myself using a Zoom H5.Also i propose you to try my personnal wind sound that i made based on my real life recordings while driving.The standart wind sound is a bit weak, but in real life when you open the window while driving at 80km/h+ the wind sound is very loud in the cabin.That wind sound mod is still in development but you can try it, let me know if you enjoyed it. This is almost the same thing as a retarder but it's mounted on the engine and not on the gear box. I had no luck, i have to wait few months to have a new FH Volvo so i will be able to record properly turbo and engine brake while driving.I could release it with the D13K turbo and jake sound, i don't know.So i'll see in the future if i release it like that or if i wait few months to have everything for it.So what's new for today? I have finished my iSX Straight piped engine sound.This one has been made with some SCS sound samples of their isx and i made some new samples from videos. American Truck Cummins SCS Cummins iSX reworked for 1.43 Kapitan Kriechbaum 2021-11-13 | Hi,I did rebuild from scratch the original SCS W900 sound bank. Euro Truck Simulator 2 Volvo New FH D13TC engine sound WiP Kapitan Kriechbaum 2021-10-10 | Hi all,I have recorded a new Volvo FH 2021, this one has the D13TC engine, TC for TurboCompound. It was a 500hps with 2800NM of torque.It has a very distinctive whistle especially between 900 and 1500 rpms and i really like it.Of course like always it has been recorded with the famous rule of the 100rpms range precision :)This sound mod will be for the FH4 with the iSave engine option (like it is in real life).I just hope soon we get a proper new FH into the game.This sound is still WiP it needs again some tweaks, especially on its turbo and the engine brake sound.

American Truck Simulator Cummins X15 WiP engine sound mod Kapitan Kriechbaum 2020-11-22 | A good friend of mine recorded for me on his own truck (recent Kenworth K200).His truck has a X15 Cummins.He recorded every range of 100 rpm's precison like i've asked him.I personnaly like it very much.I hope to have finish it for the upcoming release of the SCS Cascadia :)Still WiP, needs again some tweaks, but the base is here ;)
Euro Truck Simulator 2 Scania DC13 engine sound 3.0 for 1.39+ Kapitan Kriechbaum 2020-11-22 | Hi,I have updated my Scania DC13 engine sound for the new patch 1.39.I have improved it as good as i can, and now all the interior accessories and air gear/brakes sounds are working properly.This sound mod works with the SCS R and Streamline series (not the new gen), RJL R, Streamline and T series, Scania P and G series by GTM and RJL.For the Fred's version, he sent you a patch via Discord. So ask him for this.If for some reason you do not have horn sound or air brakes/gear sounds, this is not because of my sound mod, it's the truck's modder that have to update his chassis, cabin, transmissions definitions for the patch 1.39.If the truck is updated all should work fine then.For the best sound experience, all sounds sliders should be at 50%. Euro Truck Simulator 2 1.39 Man euro6 D2676 sound mod Kapitan Kriechbaum 2020-11-01 | Hello my friends,I've finished my Man E6 engine sound, as i said earlier, i recorded it with my Zoom H5, and the result is pretty good !This mod works only in 1.39!There are many changes in 1.39 for the sounds, scs changed the definitions and made independant sounds for every trucks. So in this mod you will have all the interior accessories original sounds, plus the air gear, air brakes original sounds, like we had before 1.37.Many people asked me to make it work with the Madster's Man E6, his truck isn't updated, but i did it for it as well. You need for this, his truck, a fix of his truck (you can find it on internet) and my sound mod for the Madster's Man. Sound mod must be in high priority, just above the fix, and the truck.Also, i have my tires sounds back in game, you can hear them in this video :)They also come as a separated mod.Hope you will enjoy it.In the same time, i've spent a lot of time on my ATS sound pack, and the ISX Signature is finished. I've also finished all the definitions part of the whole sound pack. I just have to edit the Fmod's projects with the new turbo settings. Euro Truck Simulator 2 Man D2676 WiP engine sound Kapitan Kriechbaum 2020-10-24 | Little teaser of my upcoming Man E6 engine sound i'm making, i recorded it yesterday with my Zoom H5, I also work on my ATS megapack, with the new patch we have few things to be updated for the sounds.Release of this sound mod in two weeks, plus or less... Still few tweaks to do on it, and the interior accessories sounds. I currently have limited time for modding, but enough to move forward :)
