This is my first actual "Krell Patch" on this system, albeit the krell voice is very rudimentary here.
Two distinct voices, sequenced with seven steps. The first voice is the lower voice with the krellish envelope generator dictating the sequencer's pace. The first oscillator is frequency modulated by the second voice, a cascading pinging sound. Eventually this voice fades away from the mix and is relegated to pure modulation for the first voice throughout the composition.
More on this log compositionally speaking, I was thinking about taking this sequence and chipping away at its recognizability over time, until eventually we end up where we started. After recording it reminded me of a kind of circle-of-life, hero's journey loop, and I thought about the creation and destruction of celestial objects. I am definitely deriving meaning from a virtually mindless sound experiment, but I found it interesting regardless.
