This video was only made to prove that high notes can be played on any kind of bassoon. The amount of keys you might have on the bassoon has nothing to do with the natural overtones of the instrument. With the right fingerings, it will work.
Ps. this was made in the middle of my holiday, if I look tired it's due to several hours of restoration work on an upcoming publication.
