Aggressive fighters often pressure forward throwing punches but one of the most common mistakes they make is to drop their guard whilst punching.

Here, my great friend, multiple-time Muay Thai world champion and renowned K-Star Legacy Muay Thai Gym founder/coach Damien Trainor demonstrates how to take advantage of this by slipping and intercepting with a hard hitting head kick.

Helping demonstrate the drill is Muay Thai fighter and K-Star Combat Academy head coach Simon Whitehead, showing how this simple tactic can often stop an aggressive puncher in their tracks.
