Summer is here! So, DK has organized a racing event at Cheep Cheep Lagoon to take a cruise through the refreshing waters, and Yoshi, Wario, and Shy Guy decided to participate. In this fun, aquatic course, they're in for cheep cheeps, big jumps, and all kinds of surprises at every nook and cranny!
For the third episode in this series, i wanted a course that has more track elevation, jumps, and routes the last one, DS Luigi's Mansion, but also something that is not too complex as far as a map. I also desired a track from one of my favorite Mario Kart games, "Mario Kart 7," and for a relatively small course, I decided Cheep Cheep Lagoon would be a perfect pick.
I apologize that I didn't have anything fancy to make the underwater scenes to appear as if they were actually- well- underwater.
I decided to avoid the clams, just so i wouldn't waste a lot of time, but instead, i added cheep cheeps, bloopers, and dry bones fish.
For the beach, i just cut yellow paper and taped the edges to the side of the track. For the water next to it, i just used a blue bag made out of cloth or something like that. For the cave, i used a couple of containers on one side, and had the wall of the room represent the others.
