The kneeling plantar flexion is a great 2-of-1 stretch that allows us to improve both Ankle Plantar Flexion and Knee Flexion simultaneously. I use the exercise a lot in both ankle and knee rehabs. I even find it helpful when working to improve dorsiflexion. If you need a regression place a pillow underneath your hips like shown in the video.
