This is a hack made by GreenAndACat and fixed up by ShadowOne333 that adds full color to Kirby's Dream Land on the Game Boy! The game is given color everywhere and all slowdown from the original game is eliminated.

Note that this video is done using BGB's "GBC LCD colors" mode. The original version of this ROM hack is more heavily structured around the original Game Boy Color or Advance's LCD colors, which somewhat mute the raw color values in the data. This gives the game a more "soft" coloration.
The Revised patch fixes things up to feel a bit more official, and gives Kirby his more regular hot pink sprite colors as they would have been in games such as Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble, even in spite of them possibly being lightened up on the GBC screen or through a filter. You still might want to use a GBC LCD color filter due to the colors of the rest of the game being very bright, however.
