There's not much going on this 5-lap track set in rocky cliffs by the ocean. Waves will wash over the opening stretch which will drag any caught Kirbies down. The main feature however are the two waterfalls. Riding into the base will either propel you forward or backward, so be extra sure if you want to take that risk. The run-off from the falls also give you a small speed boost.
