I don't often edit with The Lion Guard recently, but I do love this show, I remember when the first episodes came out, it was so long ago, I was a different person. Many things changed since then. Kion / Jasiri is one of my most favorite lion guard couples, I've shipped them (alongside with Kion / Fuli) from the very beginning and never stopped. I think Kion / Rani is a beautiful couple, but I'm attached to Kion / Jasiri and Kion / Fuli.
In this AU Kion stayed in the Pridelands after spending some time near The Tree of Life. Jasiri was with him, she loved it there too. Now both Kion and Vitani are the leaders of the lion guard, and Jasiri is keeping things safe in the Outlands.
Once or twice in a week Jasiri comes to the Priderock with a report about Outlands, and after the report she and Kion usually talk or have fun.
This time Jasiri also came, but she suddenly saw Kion crying. Being shocked and upset, she talks to him, asking what is wrong, she remembers how happy Kion used to be, and now Kion is with his family and friends, what is wrong?
Kion says that he misses The Tree of Life badly, he is tired and he still didn't tell anyone he loves Jasiri, he's afraid he won't be allowed to stay with her, it could not be accepted, Kion doesn't want to dissapoint his family and the lion guard, but he loves Jasiri and never wants to be with anyone else.
Jasiri tries to comfort Kion, saying that their friends and Kion's family love Kion and would not hurt him, they'd understand, Kion and she need a vacation, so they can see things from a different point of view and make a decision about their future.
Kion is listening to her smiling, still with tears in his eyes, but he's happy to see Jasiri near him. In the morning they both leave to The Tree of Life, not worrying about thing.
Vitani would be the only leader of the lion guard for now and Janja would watch over the Outlands. Jasiri and Kion are free, they can rest and have an adventure.
