This is the 209th episode of Kingdom Hearts, "Lessons From the Past".
While Sora, Donald Duck, and Goofy prepare to leave Twilight Town and head for the next destination, others attempt to learn lessons from the past, such as Axel/Lea, who's still feeling upset about his past misdeeds regarding Kairi, three members of Organization XIII, Braig/Xigbar, Ansem, the Seeker of Darkness, and Xemnas, who are trying to learn from their mistakes, and King Mickey and Riku, who self-examine the past regarding Terra when they get to the exact spot where, all the way back in episodes 26-27 (the end of Season 1), Terra and Aqua battled, eventually resulting in Terra's body still being possessed by Xehanort and taking on the bodily form of Xemnas and Aqua winding up in the Realm of Darkness, where she's remained for 13 years.
In addition, Mickey confides to Riku not only what happened between Terra/Xehanort and Ansem the Wise (in a flashback Mickey had during episode 137), but also what happened in Organization XIII's chambers when Master Xehanort made his reappearance near the end of KH3D.
Meanwhile, Sora and his party find their way to a world where they're miniature toys and are viewed by Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and Rex, who, as we'll see in the next episode, believe Sora is a character in a video game Rex appears to have played.
