This is the 193rd episode of Kingdom Hearts, "Xehanort's Real Scheme".
In this episode, we see the long-awaited return of the original Xehanort, as he reveals what his true scheme has been from the very beginning. and even though Sora has foiled it twice, defeating both the plans to uses the princesses, as well as the original Organization XIII, Xehanort is about to gain Sora as his 13th vessel of darkness when Lea arrives, to be later joined by Donald Duck and Goofy, to thwart Xehanort's attempt to use Sora as his 13th vessel.
But as they arrive at the Mysterious Tower, the whole group discover that Sora's heart is still sleeping and learn that the only way to awaken it is to dive into it again, and it's decided that Riku will go in to awaken Sora's heart.
