This is the 151st episode of Kingdom Hearts, "Back Together Again".
As the title implies, as Sora and his party head up toward Organization XIII's headquarters, they're in for quite a surprise. When Kairi and what looks to be Ansem, the Seeker of Darkness rescue Sora from a Heartless attack, Sora rejoices when he sees that Kairi is okay. But when she calls "Ansem" Riku, Sora is startled, but learns that it's true. Sora, Riku, and Kairi have finally reunited!
Also, there a reference to Birth by Sleep (the first season) when Xigbar confronts Sora and tells him that he's only half the hero the "others" were. The "others" Xigbar is referring to are, of course, Aqua, Terra, and Ventus.
NOTE: Except for the logos at the end of the end credits, the contents of this video were originally uploaded by numerous users, such as LilAnimeGangsta, SafiSora, Dragonarh, and others who uploaded it from the DVD Cinematic Collection of KH2.
