This is the 215th episode of Kingdom Hearts, "The Hidden Castle Tower".
After finally wrapping things in the world of toys, Sora and his crew head to their next world, but not before alerting King Rickey and Riku, who are in front of Ansem the Wise's castle in Radiant Garden, of what Pete and Maleficent are planning, in regards to searching for a mysterious black box. Riku and King Mickey then inform Sora and his crew that if a Replica can be found, Roxas' heart can be placed in the replica and he'd be as good as new.
Then Sora, Donald Duck, and Goofy arrive in the forests in the Kingdom of Corona, where they save Flynn Rider from a Heartless attack, and while searching for him, Sora discovers a castle tower that's otherwise hidden by a shrub wall, which acts as a secret passage to the castle tower, where Flynn is being held prisoner by, of all things, hair. LOTS of hair.
