Effim’s smile tells a story of determination and humor. After a complicated process of uniting natural teeth with dentures—“in love,” as he calls it—he’s beaming brighter than ever. Now, his grin spreads joy to everyone around him, from his wife to young ladies who can’t help but smile back.

Thanks to the generosity of others, and support from Helping Hand Coalition and Jewish Voice International, Effim's life has transformed. Today, he has a full smile, restored confidence, and renewed hope.
