In Mid August, the Harvard Self-organizing Systems Research group came to UCSF to teach a kilobot programming workshop. In the weeklong class, our group programmed a small swarm of kilobits to walk up a light gradient using a chlamydomonas phototaxis algorithm and an E. coli chemotaxis algorithm.
