Trying to see if I can use any shortcuts with a hint of code to simulate interactive depth cuing in the C4D viewport. Here, I have a plane and a light with a short falloff trained to look-at-camera. It works well, but the light and plane don't interactively adjust to account for changes in the z-depth of the object, so you see the atomic model get clipped by the light... In the middle I increase the resolution of the spheres to make them less nauseating (can afford to do that with so few spheres), and turn on an ambient light for a minute. Fun stuff with some potential, but the real problem is that it only work in one viewport and can only cue to black.
