my reply, since i cannot even leave a comment: "a system that would seriously impair the brain performance of very large populations" Quote from Between Two Ages by Zbigniew Brzezinsky 1970, former National Security Advisor to Jimmy Carter and co-founder of the Trilateral Commission so, it goes beyond just impairment, but actual death of the organism, and i guess depending on what they spray it can cause a slow death or a fast one, they are in control because their spray program is fully operational, crazy satanic psychopaths are in a hurry because they know they only have a limited time before judgement, thanks for the links!
