This video features the boss fight against Zexion from Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories (the PS2 remake of the original GBA game). The boss can be fought only in Riku's story mode, Reverse/Rebirth, which is unlocked by beating the game's main story with Sora.
In the original GBA release the boss encounter of the Destiny Islands level consisted of just Darkside and Zexion was dealt with in a cutscene. The PS2 updated release added a proper boss encounter with Zexion right after the fight with Darkside, and also revealed Zexion's signature weapon, the Lexicon (a mystery that went unresolved since the release of the original Chain of Memories).
Note that this video was recorded while playing Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories on its 1.5 ReMIX version from the 1.5 + 2.5 ReMIX compilation for the Playstation 4 and on Standard difficulty. I was also playing on my Playstation 4 Pro.
The boss fight against Zexion can be pretty challenging because the boss has a rather unortodox MO. Instead of just attacking you with magic, attack cards and sleights, Zexion's cards and sleights are about stealing Riku's cards. Not only the stolen cards can't be used temporarily, but if the boss gets enough of them he will create three clones of himself who will use said cards against you, on top of unlocking new dangerous sleights to use against you (Dark Punisher and Catastrophe).
Whenever Zexion creates his clones, the best course of action is to destroy the three floating tomes he also summoned: not only you'll recover the stolen cards, but also gain some experience. Notice however that doing so can insert some "dud" Zexion's cards in your decks, which, upon activation, will damage and stun you.
As for all the boss battles in Riku's story mode, triggering your dark form and force the boss into a card duel are the best way to achieve victory easily

![SW: TOR - Sith inquisitors story finale
[WARNING: THIS VIDEO CONTAINS SPOILERS FROM THE CLASS STORY OF THE SITH INQUISITOR FROM SW:TOR]
This video features the whole ending sequence of the Sith inquisitor class story from Star Wars: The Old Republic. To be more specific, the video starts about the final step of the inquisitors Corellia questline and finishes on the very final cutscene on Dromund Kaas. While my Sith inquisitor was considered light-sided by the game, I basically took the main neutral option during the finale.
Before facing Darth Thanaton in a duel on Corellia, youll be approched by another foe. This foe depends on the decision you took in the previous quest The Silencer, where you were offered the choice to warn Darth Achelon before firing your superweapon:
- If you warned Achelon, he will be there for the duel and Thanaton will ask him to kill you. Achelon refuses on a matter of honor, and you must face two strong Cyborg Guardians, who act much like a Sith juggernaut
- If you allowed Achelon to get killed, Thanaton will order another one of his follower, Darth Kallous, to attack you. Hes an elite dark Force user enemy who acts as your usual Sith sorcerer
Once youll get the foe (or foes) out of the way, youll have to face Darth Thanaton himself. The duel with Thanaton on Corellia is basically a preview of your final boss fight against him on Korriban. Thanaton is a Sith sorcerer who will spend the majority of the fight casting dark Force AoE attacks on the ground near you and occasionally use FOrce lighting. At this point in the game you should be able to interrupt Thantons casting every time its needed: the main danger in this fight is about your companions not being able to understand that they shouldnt waltz inside the AoE spells on the ground and dying.
Once defeated, Darth Thanaton will retreat to Korriban and you must follow him inside the Dark Councils chambers. If you recruited lord Skar earlier, hell be the NPC to send you off: else, his role will be filled by lord Kirnon.
The final boss battle against Thanaton is basically a rearse of what you just faced on Corellia, albeit with two new tricks. First, Thanaton can now use Revification to heal himself and, after reciving enough damage, will make himself invulnerable for some minutes while hell keep casting Force storm on your location. For the latter, you just have to run in circles around the boss till his barrier wears off and you can resume attacking him.
After defeating Thanaton, your Sith inquisitor is awarded the title of Darth and a special Sith name: Nox if dark-sided, Imperius if light-sided and Occulus if neutral. Notice that this name will be used by future NPCs to adress your character (see for instance the Rise of the Hutt Cartel expansion).
Once on Dromund Kaas, you will have an audience with your newfound followers. The NPCs featured in the crowd do change regarding some of your past choices (for instance, overseer Harkun will be there if you Force persuaded him as you recruited Xalek). Most notably, if you spared Achelon he will be pledge his services to you personally, while if he was killed lord Kirnon will take his place in the cutscene.
After this moment, you will be tasked with what is basically the only noteworthy moral choice of the Sith inquisitors story finale. You must now decide what to do with the Force ghosts you binded to you:
- Deciding to bind them to you to tap their powers for good is the dark side option
- Allowing the ghosts to abandon you and grant them freedom is the neutral option. Notice that the spirit of Horak-mul will refuse to leave no matter the choices taken previously
- Using your light side power to allow the ghosts to finally pass on and achieve true death is the light side option. Notice that you can select such an option only if you ask the ghosts about a way for them to find peace and your character is alligned to the light side SW: TOR - Sith inquisitors story finale](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/iXoFSBcnE4I/mqdefault.jpg)
![Bioshock 2 - Through a Little Sisters eyes
[WARNING: THIS VIDEO CONTAINS HEAVY SPOILERS FROM THE FINAL SEQUENCE OF BIOSHOCK 2]
This video features a particular sequence in Bioshock 2 in the Outer Persephone area where Subject Delta is incapacitated by the main villain, Sophia Lamb, and his little sister Eleanor Lamb sends a single sister through the prison to collect ADAM and a full big sister suit.
This sequence is the main beef of the Outer Persephone level and doesnt feature any combat or danger whatsoever: you are controlling a defenseless little sister as she goes around the area and collect stuff and then you can return back to Eleanor and resume the game as Subject Delta. The level is also filled with many easter eggs that help to better understand the details of the little sisters conditioning.
The sequence also marks the point in the game where your moral decisions in the past levels (namely, how you dealt with the little sisters and if you spared or not the important NPCs you came across) start to make an impact and determine what kind of ending are you going to get. First, walking around the area you can spot special statues that portray some events from the previous levels and will change depending on your choices (for instance, if you spared Alexander the Great in Fontaine Futuristics youll get a statue depicting Subject Delta pulling out a man from a sea monster, while if you killed him youll see Subject Dealt choking the monster to death). Second, youll discover that your morality through the game has effected Eleanor and she will threat the little sister much like how you did for the past hours or so: depending on your choices she may either be convinced that they deserve salvation and set herself to save them or come to the conclusion that they should be consumed to feel her power and achieve her destiny. You can guess which is which for you by the speech Eleanor gives you towards the end of the sequence and what she does with the little sister you just controlled Bioshock 2 - Through a Little Sisters eyes](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/ipSvCn3EfWA/mqdefault.jpg)

![The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Sovngarde and the Dragonslayer
[WARNING: THIS VIDEO CONTAINS HEAVY SPOILERS FROM THE FINAL SEQUENCE OF SKYRIMS MAIN QUESTLINE]
This video features the two last quests from the Elder Scrolls V: Skyrims main story questline, Sovngarde and Dragonslayer. I also recorded the very final sequence of the previous quest, The World-Eaters Eyrie, because it directly leads to the other two. Note that this video was recorded while playing on PC and was heavily modded to some extent, and there is really no room nor time to list all the mods Ive been using.
Some elements of Sovngarde are directly related to some questlines you may have cleared or not at that point in the game, allowing you to meet different people who died during the events of the game. For instance, I cleared the Skyrim civil war series on the Empire side and I was able to meet Ulfric (whom I slained myself) in Alduins mist. If you allowed the Sormcloacks to win you will meet Legate Rikke instead.
Also, when Tsun will ask you by what right you seek to enter the Hall of Valor, having cleared certain questlines will unlock other options in the conversation. As an example, I cleared the college of Winterhold series and could claim to be Skyrims arch-mage to gain entrance, with Tsun responding accordingly.
The thing that really ruins the whole mood of these last two quests is the final boss fight against Alduin. Now, up to this point Alduin has been described as the leader of his race of primeval godlike creatures, the chosen of Akatosh and, just to be sure, a dragon capable of triggering the end of the world as we know it. Comes the actual boss battle in Sovngarde and Alduin doesnt behave differently than the countless dragons you have been slaughtering up to this point, althought equipped with both a fire and an icy breath and spotting more health. The whole thing is just a downright uninspired rehearse of the encounter you had with him on the Throat of the world, with your character just having to pull off Dragonrend every once in a while and then trashing the boss till he flies away once more and its time to shout again. If that wasnt enough, while in Sovngarde you are assisted by the souls of three legendary Nord heroes, who make a fine job at tanking all Alduins attacks (consider they cant die).
Note that the game doesnt end after defeating Alduin, but you are threated with a cutscene with Partunnax and the surviving dragons on the Throat of the world first: after that the main story questline of Skyrim is effectively finished and you can now roam the world freely to complete all the (many) outstanding businesses you may have around the land The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Sovngarde and the Dragonslayer](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/jW0kTpCrUCI/mqdefault.jpg)

![DS III: Ashes of Ariandel DLC - Sister Friede and Father Ariandel boss fight (Solo)
[WARNING: THIS VIDEO CONTAINS SPOILERS FROM THE MAIN AND FINAL BOSS FIGHT OF THE ASHES OF ARIANDEL DLC]
This video features the final boss fight of Dark Souls IIIs first DLC, Ashes of Ariandel, against Sister Friede and Father Ariandel. They can as well be considered the only encounter from the DLC, since the other boss you can fight, The Champions Gravetender and The Gravetender Greatwolf, is strictly optional. This video was recorded on a normal playthrough (no NG+) and I chose not to use any summon, both from NPCs and players alike. Before anyone asks, much more like other Dark Souls videos Ive uploaded, this gameplay is cobbled together by several attempts I made at this boss.
Sister Friede and Father Ariandel are a nasty difficulty spike in an otherwise disappointingly easy DLC: the encounter is divided in three phases, the two bosses are capable to hit you like a freight train with attacks that are at times hard to predict, you get very little room to strike back and, in the middle of the fight, you must deal with a dual boss.
The first phase involves fighting Sister Friede alone. As a humanoid enemy, she can be stunned and backstabbed to give yourself some pause. Its worth mentioning however that she will retaliate after being stunned once and that backstabbing her is incredibly difficult due to the boss tendency to move all over the place during the fight. The best place to bring Friede to inflict some damage are the corners of the corridors of the hallway before Father Ariandel: her AI cant handle the tight space so well and will allow you several hits in before fleeing. Friedes special attack for this phase is to turn invisible, jump far away and reapper some seconds later to grab you with her scythe for massive damage. If you get savvy enough, though, you can start to predict where her jump will lead, reach her and take advantage of her charing her move to strike for massive damage.
When the second phase will kick in, Father Ariandel will join the fight along with Friede, and theyll share a single health bar. Summoning Slave Knight Gael will of course make this particular phase far more manageable.
During this part of the encounter is best to focus on Ariandel, for the following reasons:
- Friede will lack most of her attacks and therefore is easier to avoid, provided you can keep your distance and dodge her ice waves in time
- Ariandel is a big target, so locking on him will allow you to check Friedes position at the same time
- Ariandels attacks, while powerful, are incredibly telegraphed and easy to dodge
At some point Friede will start casting a healing miracle for herself and Ariandel. You can either easily backstab Friede to interrupt her casting or you can keep hitting Ariandel while Friede stands still: hitting him enough will leave him open for a risposte attack, for massive damage.
The third and final phase of the boss fight begins when Friede is resurrected once more as Blackfire Friede. This part of the fight is much similar to the first, but now Friede is much more aggressive, wields a second, magical scythe and can dish out dark attacks with grerat hitboxes and high damage potential. Also, you can no longer corner her around the arena. This final part of the boss fight simply boils down to memorizing Friedes attack patterns and attack every chance you get while staying on your toes for any counterattack DS III: Ashes of Ariandel DLC - Sister Friede and Father Ariandel boss fight (Solo)](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/me7OhC7cjWg/mqdefault.jpg)
![Assassins Creed - Final boss fight
[WARNING: THIS VIDEO CONTAINS HEAVY SPOILERS FROM THE MAIN STORY OF ASSASSINS CREED]
This video features the final boss fight against Al Mualim from the first Assassins Creed. Note that the games version Ive recorded this on is the Directors Cut Edition for the PC.
Unlike all the other encounters with the assassinations targets, which generally involve more stealth than direct combat if you want things to go smoothly, assassinating Al Mualim is a straight fighting challenge with no room for stealth whatsoever. Defeating the boss involves three different phases:
- In the first phase you will be pit against all the assassination targets from the past missions. While they may look menacing at first, they will all go down with a single counterattack each and doesnt differ at all from the games normal enemies (fitting, since they are mere illusions)
- At the beginning of the second phase Al Mualim will conjure several copies of himself and attack you. You dont actually have to defeat them all, askilling just one of them will suffice and move the battle in its final phase. The illusions are actually rather challenging on their own and can survive a single counterattack
- The third phase involves facing the real Al Mualim alone. Once youll knock him down for the first time, the boss will suddendly disappear and your syncronization will be nearly depleted. You are then tasked to find Al Mualim in the area and resume the fight: you can take your time because your health wont drop below zero and you can spot Al Mualim from the distance by the artifacts glow. Once you find the boss youll have to hit him in order to regain your syncronization (if you allow Al Mualim to hit you first, youll desyncronize). Youll have to do all of the above twice or thrice: at one point youll start to hear Al Mualim growling in pain, which means hes about to fall. Youll only have to reach him once more, knock him down and then assassinate him with your hidden blade Assassins Creed - Final boss fight](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/nX4Bq5mgT_w/mqdefault.jpg)
