In 2010, only few years after getting out of prison(2006), serving about 9 years of an 11 year sentence, Harmon gets busted again for selling drugs.
He ultimately slimed his way out of these charges and the case was dismissed.
The reason... Other than small amounts of drug evidence, all they had were drug addicts, like Harmon himself, to use testimony from, and Harmon, using his former prosecutorial skills, slithered through the case mostly unscathed.
