I bought a KettleDial, by FireDial. FireDial is a brand of baffles or heat diffusers popular for drum and bullet smokers, such as a WSM or UDS. Last year or so they came out with a version for the Weber Kettle. I purchased the KettleDial. This was my first cook with this. I documented it in this video. I wanted to see if I could cook an entire ten pounds of chicken leg quarters with out the flames flaring up. I plan to use this for slow smoking and fire roasting.
