Ketsui, EspGaluda and DDP DOJ & DOJ: BL got added to MAME at v.140u2

For Ketsui:
Emulation speed seems to be somewhat stable. Bosses and 1st, 4th and 5th stage midbosses seem to work better than other stuff.

There's only 1 frame of input lag (like Dodonachi for example), so it would be pretty cool to play this properly on MAME some day.
