The Keighley & Worth Valley Railway Diesel Gala. June 20th to 23rd 2024. A collection of footage I took during the gala both from onboard the trains and at the various stations along the route. The 5 mile heritage railway line runs from the mainline station in Keighley to Oxenhope, with intermediate stations of Ingrow West, Damems, Oakworth, Howorth and Oxenhope at the far end of the route.
Turn up the volume some incredible engine sounds particularly the 37s!
Locomotives featured:
D1015 class 52 "Western Champion"
Class 50s, 50021 "Rodney" and 50008 "Thunderer"
Class 37s, 37075 & EWS Livery 37250
Class 69, 69009 "Western Consort"
D9520, Class 14 nicknamed "Teddy Bear"

as well as a few others in the mix.
