Just posting for C2A with some commentary. The Kefka, Balthier combo works alongside absolutely any damage dealer, but I did try Onion Knight LD and it narrowly missed turns.
All characters have high armor, kefka and ulti stack their tactics debuffs to great heights. use your calls in the last 50% after they cleanse.
Kefka - neuter bosses, they never take a turn, just have to worry about cleansing at 49% and 79% HP
Balthier - sit there, do some damage, and let the damage dealer shine thanks to his amazing auras
Ultimecia - firecracker kamikaze for most of it. During their first set of shields, you'll want to use Maelstroms to recharge your EX, so you don't waste skill uses without damage. Kefka & Balthier can basically break the shield. 2nd shield is utterly shredded since OK BT friend effect is active along with all debuffs stacking.

Things that changed:
- Serah uses Moonlight in wave 3 instead of using EX. This makes wave 4 more efficient. Need cursed arts to do this though. Use my other video if your Serah isnt near perfect.
- Relm playing more aggressively. If the party can be batteried, use Sketch Summon. If the party has their BRV, use Sketch or EX. If you can steal a turn or need blindness, Sketch+
- DKC friend swaps in on a Relm free turn after her abilities are exhausted AND you have a chance for a 3 person launch. Make sure Sherlottas damage buff is up. Once you summon (generally after Lotta batteries and uses EX), make sure you fit in 2 DKC launches and 2 Lotta Generators. Make sure Serah doesnt steal a turn.
