We recently gathered for the release of the film "Keeper of the Yarrow". After watching the film, we came together, and the conversation that followed is what you’ll find recorded here.

At one point, Angelina described plant medicine as “an umbilical cord back home.” That image has stayed with me. A remembering of our place in the living world – not as something separate, but as something deeply connected.
We also spoke about growing up in relationship with nature, and how that can become a kind of inner compass. Something you can return to, even later in life, when things feel a little off or out of balance.
There are many threads in the conversation – about healing, about knowledge that’s been forgotten, about children and the way they meet the world. But underneath it all runs that same question:
What happens when we begin to remember our belonging?
