K.D.S (formerly Got K.D.S) and his buddy STABFINGER are masters of the loose funky groove. Well known as a party-starting electro swing and funky house DJ duo across France, the first release on Freshly Squeezed was the hugely infectious SWANG! (Shake That Thing) by K.D.S feat. Crystal Distortion back in 2012. This was the single that launched the influential 2 volume compilation set The 'Blue Cover' Series that defined the sound of Electro Swing between 2012 and 2019 with a sequence of over 50 singles from various artists which fed all the compilation albums that came out on many labels worldwide during that period and included artists like WOLFGANG LOHR, DJ DUNYA and CHARLIE BEALE while also launching artists such as PISK, THE SWING BOT and ATOM SMITH.
K.D.S then went on to a long-term collaboration with STABFINGER for several follow-up's inside the series including Go Feet (which became the title theme tune of the underground American indie film Lost Cat Corona), Black Mama and Sleep Rider.
Now the duo return with another instantly catchy, feel-good funky swing tune that is guaranteed to be a staple of dance-floors for the rest of 2021. The vibe is a refreshing throwback to the feel of the original Blue Cover series releases. K.D.S and STABFINGER puts the fun into funk with guest spots from MOONANGA on Guitar and AMINA ANNABI (Yes, the Eurovision star!) on a quirky vocal cameo.
