$COSMIC 1.4 Released With New Sound Theme and Major Fixes System76 has released COSMIC 1.4, the latest stable version of its open-source, Rust-based Linux desktop environment. The update introduces a brand-new default sound theme, improved fractional scaling accuracy, better NetworkManager support, and several upgrades across COSMIC Files, COSMIC Monitor, COSMIC Panel, COSMIC Launcher, Settings, Workspaces, and the compositor.
