The Kalahari Desert is host to an amazing number of animals and is especially well known for its black-maned lions. You wouldn't think a desert could contain as many species as the Kalahari does, but somehow it does. Watch these lions play, eat and mate. They kind of make me tired to watch them. This footage was shot in 2007 when the only movie camera I had was a Canon standard definition camera. But the lions are still impressive.
