It's just the classical Mario Bros arcade game but with a lot of cool stuff in there. It was a sponsor for Nagatanien, a Japanese food product company, including a contest to win extra Super Mario stuff such as a cartridge of SMB3 or a Super Mario keyring. I tried to translate it more accutarely, but since I'm not a genius in Japanese, lemme know if there are some mistakes to correct it.
