Mikayla Jones, an 18-year-old woman from Farmington, Missouri, had last been seen on May 4th, in the rural area of Belgrade, Missouri. According to her friend Briley Brackett, the two girls were picked up by Andrew Pierce following an auto accident. They then went to Pierce’s home, where they spent the night with Ethan Civey, Briley’s boyfriend, and several others.
While Briley was picked up at 3 AM, Mikayla was never heard from again. Weeks later, her body was discovered in a wooded area off of Highway M. Pierce and Civey were arrested, and admit to disposing of her body, but claim her death was a result of illegal substance use. According to her family, toxicology reports indicate otherwise. #JusticeforMikayla
