A while ago I uploaded this video, which showcased a reproducible glitch where flying from one specific oil rig to one specific military airport caused all objects there to lose collision:

At the end of the video, I mentioned that this has happened to me several times during casual play, and with military airports with no oil rigs nearby. The very first location it happened... just had it happen again today! Not only was I able to record it, but I was also able to remember what path I took.
After some investigation, I found a flight path that makes this glitch happen at that military airport roughly 25% of the times you attempt it. I still can't figure out why it's not 100% reproducible, or if oil rigs are even related, but this flight path does seem to require you fly by one on your way there. This military airport is also not close by, but rather on the other side of the map, making this glitch even more mysterious and complex.
