this is a funny bug in Just Cause 2.
For this bug, you need:
1.) A bike like mine
2.) A long road which goes down
3.) A bit luck
4.) Fullspeed
Do it as I do and you will see...

Chapter 12 is pretty short and not too difficult. You get a lot of ammo when fighting against Heresy. You can skip the first phase of Heresys fight if you shoot the Magnum into its face as soon as you can.
You can let Joseph and Kidman do most of the work when defending the bus. Not too difficult to deal with.
The second part of the Heresy fight is essentially the same as Part I.
You can get to the ambulance partway with stealth. Its good to have a flash bolt ready.
Once you get back to the bus, you cannot die and the chapter is done.
