Juneau Creek Falls located in the Chugach National Forrest along the Resurrection Pass Trail about 8 miles round trip using the Cooper Landing area Trail-head just over the Kenai River Bridge.
We stayed at Gwin's Lodge and it was super convenient to walk to the trail-head to see both Juneau Creek Falls and also the Russian River Falls.
Resurrection Pass Trail is about 1 mile south from Gwin's Lodge, and the Russian River Campground is about .5 miles, also south.
The trail area nearJuneau Creek Falls is also undergoing construction from the new Juneau Creek Alternative Highway Route and there were rooad and timber crews clearing the area for a new bridge when we visited in June of 2020.
Resurrection Pass Trail was in great condition and made for a moderate uphill easy to use trail with Mountain Bikers also riding it the day we were there.
