This again, like Babe of Memories wasn't a nerf on the initial release. The map still felt fine to play, however, the creator wanted to change a few unforgiving falls and alongside that, improve the quality of life.
This meant that there are also many art changes alongside the gameplay/hitbox changes, which should be quite noticeable if you look closely enough. In particular, there was a blind transition jump in Lost Fortress that got fixed by adding a small arrow to denote where to jump into the next screen.
However, the video itself just goes over the gameplay changes.

A short map means an easy 0 falls. There are a few extra skips across the map, although they are quite hard and dont save too much time. A 3:3X may be possible, but it is hard to tell at this point.
