City Hunter's Ryo Saeba is pretty broken!
He's spammy and has a high damage output, most player's worst nightmare in an online fighting game, haha. Ryo's damage output is not just ridiculous, it's INSANE. Not to mention how easy it is. You can literally confirm 80% damage off of a GRAB if you've the resources to burn and 90% besides in a combo confirmed off his rocket launchers.
While not all that flashy, Ryo's supers and combo game definitely get the job done!
