Hiei is finally released! I didn't know about the early access and allowed my vacation to run over that time... so yeah, I'm a little late on this one.
It took some work to find out how to hit high damage combos with Hiei, he's pretty good at dealing moderate damage overall. He can easily dump his entire bar into a combo and even has a time sensitive counter to turn the fight around. When it come to dealing optimal damage, however, less ends up being more when it comes to general attacks like rushes and heavies. He does still manage to dump all of his bars into a combo to inflict even more damage with his specials. Of course, rather than tagging in an assist to land that extra R2+O you can instead use special right away and deal just a little less damage.
