Description
When sixteen-year-old Andy Stone inherits her family's pear orchard after the sudden death of her grandfather, she also becomes the legal ward of her estranged aunt from the city. In a small, traditional farming town where independence and agency have never been options for young women, Andy defies expectations. She is determined to save the orchard from financial trouble and preserve her family's legacy on her own terms, all while navigating the difficult path to adulthood and discovering who she truly is.
