Start: I decided to go get the Blue Skull first because it can potential cause a lot of trouble. Therefore I grinded it out first. You have to go around the Mancubus and Arachnotron to get the switches, which is not guaranteed to work. Therefore, YOLO this at the start is definitely a good idea.
Middle Area: Deal with most of the stuff around the cave area. Usually you need to rifle the Arachnotron near exit, and 2 Mancubi in the cave (1 is stuck). Also get the MegaArmor on the way because you're likely to lose all your Armor at the start anyway. While I'm taking ont his, all those Dark Imps and Barons will clog up near the middle bridge. Then make the Barons kill the Imps, and deal with the Barons.
Blue Door: Lure the PE out. Then kill the HKs and Imps. Now you can finally telefrag the Baron in the middle cave.
Around the lift: Try to make everything infight. It's good to get the Mancubus destroyed so you have spare some ammo. The secret is good to use here as you have plenty of place to hide.
Yellow Skull: You can try to telefrag that big group of HKs, but it's actually really risky if you don't have a lot of health. Therefore I just circled around a while to pick them out one by one, not too hard, just tedious.
Last Room: The Baby Cacos are surprisingly annoying... It's good to get the Baron to kill them. Usually I have fewer than 100 bullets, but enough to heavily damage the Baron and kill it easily.
