Judge Mata was presiding over the Owens V Echard case (Bachelor Pregnancy Scam). During that case David Gingras (Owens attorney) acted in an unprofessional & unethical manner. The judge submitted a bar complaint to the Arizona Bar and now Gingras is being possibly disciplined or disbarred due to it. Gingras also think the Judges father is involved in a conspiracy against Owens & himself.
