David Gingras attorney for Laura Owens in the Owens V Echard matter. This case was a paternity case where it was found Owens lied about pregnancy and forged documents. She is currently charged with 14 felonies coming out of this case and another man she fake pregnancy with as well. This is the Hearing date where a 3rd man she faked pregnancy with years ago coming to be a witness from California. Gingras says he can't be there because he doens't have permission from Cali but he does have permission from this Arizona judge.
