This was one day in the city of San Jose, and there is so much more. We started at the family court getting served another unconstitutional order issued by Judge Julie Emedein 2026- giving us a 10 yer secrecy pattern tied to some of Silicon Valley's infamous immigrants. . It is an order prohibiting and criminalizing recording police officers outside the family courthouse. A courthouse that also conducts mental health, drug and traffic court cases.
In downtown San Jose we sought comment from the mayor and a city councilman who filed a civil harassment restraining order against a local social media journalist. The same city councilman whose lawyer from the McManis Faulkner Law Firm appears in this short video:
The same city councilman ( Peter Ortiz) folks are now calling the Puppy Kicker from this video:
Last we went to the sheriff’s to see how they will enforce that order when ICE and the Super Bowl come to town.
The new PIO for the Sheriff's department was once the bailiff in Judge Grilli's courtroom. Her husband was the bailiff in Judge Towery's courtroom. In today's live stream we cover the lawyers and judges involved and what the cops who work in their courtrooms are saying before and after they were wearing body cams in that courthouse.
