Hello,

It’s been brought to my attention that the horse carriage business in Victoria is able to operate regardless of current weather conditions. The attached photo shows horses standing and restrained, with heavy leather gear, in 28 C weather while their drivers enjoy the shade of nearby trees. I am in favour of banning horse carriages from the busy city streets of Victoria, meanwhile please at least offer these animals some reprieve from having to work in excessive weather conditions.
