Join Up For Horses To Improve Focus And Anxiety | In this video, I will show you a technique that can improve your horse's attention to you. This will help your horse when he becomes anxious and unable to focus. It has been called by many names such as Monty Roberts Join Up, join up with horses and hooking on. It doesn't really matter what you call it it is something that I wish every horseperson would learn as it is so very helpful to assist the horse in all things he needs to navigate in his life and it helps the horseperson to understand their own body language and the impact that has on the horse. It is indeed part of basic horse training.
