The Meditating Philosopher | John Vervaeke's Alphabetic Creativity :: The 5 A's, 4 E's, 3 L's, 4 P's, & 3 N's :: Full @TheMeditatingPhilosopher | Uploaded October 2022 | Updated October 2024, 13 hours ago.
John Vervaeke is dedicated to affording learning and not only generating innovative and useful cognitive models and applied practices but also designs his material with the best learning science techniques such as building rapport, honoring alternative points of view and self criticism over time, and almost poetically speaking with a mix of narrative, facts, pointing, and of course mnemonics.
In this short series, some clips of his most discussed and profound ideas.
First, the "5 A's of Consciousness". Part two is the "4 E Cognitive Science" (with 2 more E's for good measure). Part three is the "4 L's of Being" (or "God before God"), Part four is the "4 P's of Knowing" and Part five is the "3 N's" (or 3 orders).
This is all 5 together. It's a lot cognitively, but neat to see together. At this rate, John should have the alphabet covered by 2025 and start with another alphabet or perhaps switch to pictographs or Kanji. :)

I hope you enjoy!
