March, 2017. Someone I know always thinks of that "American Ninja Warrior" contest show whenever I show her videos of the chimps swinging around like this. Not really a big fan of that show or anything, but if Johari were to enter it I would place my bets on him. :)
This is in the back in the penthouse. It is interesting to point out that the area is not as "natural" as the normal yard with the grass, trees, and waterfalls the guests see them out on, but I don't think that really matters to the chimps as you can see. They have lots of things to play with back here.
If you have seen my previous videos then you might remember this is where I first encountered Johari when he was a week old.
